Welcome to MintTrade. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the MintTrade platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where precious metals trading is permitted. MintTrade reserves the right to restrict access based on geographic location.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Trading & Transactions

All trades are executed at the prevailing spot price at the time of order confirmation. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change rapidly. MintTrade does not guarantee any specific price or profit.

5. Fees

MintTrade charges a flat $10 transaction fee per trade. There are no hidden spreads, storage fees, or account maintenance charges. Fee structures may be updated with advance notice.

6. Storage & Custody

All purchased metals are stored in LBMA-approved, fully insured vaults operated by approved third-party custodians including Brink's, Loomis, and Malca-Amit. Metals are 100% physically allocated and segregated in your name.

7. Redemption

You may request physical delivery of your metals at any time, subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Redemption requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

MintTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
