Full Insurance Coverage
Every shipment is insured for the full replacement value of your metals from the moment it leaves the vault until you sign for delivery. In the rare event of loss or damage, you receive a full refund or replacement.
Authentication & Certification
All bars include assay certificates from LBMA-approved refiners. Coins include certificates of authenticity. Serial numbers are recorded and linked to your account for provenance tracking.
Tamper-Evident Packaging
Metals are sealed in tamper-evident, vacuum-sealed containers inside unmarked, reinforced outer boxes. No external markings indicate the contents for maximum security during transit.
Signature Required
All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) at the delivery address. No packages are left unattended. You can authorize a specific recipient or require your personal signature only.
Processing Time
Redemption orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Fabrication of custom-weight bars may take an additional 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Restricted Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and select Asia-Pacific countries. PO Boxes are not accepted. Some products may have export restrictions based on destination country regulations.
Storage Conditions
Metals are stored in climate-controlled, LBMA-approved vaults until dispatch. During shipping, packaging is designed to protect against temperature extremes, moisture, and physical impact.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
