Withdrawal Policies
Two-Factor Authentication Required
Every withdrawal request requires 2FA confirmation via your authenticator app or SMS code. This protects your funds even if your password is compromised.
24-Hour Security Hold on New Methods
When you add a new withdrawal destination (bank account, crypto wallet, or PayPal), there is a mandatory 24-hour security hold before the first withdrawal can be processed.
ACH Deposit Hold Period
Funds deposited via ACH are subject to a 5-business-day hold before they can be withdrawn. This does not affect your ability to trade — you can buy metals immediately.
Daily Withdrawal Limits
Standard accounts: $50,000/day. Verified Pro accounts: $250,000/day. Wire transfers have no upper limit. Contact support to request a temporary increase for large withdrawals.
Withdrawal Destination Verification
For security, withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Bank account ownership is verified during the linking process.
Selling Metals to Cash
To withdraw the value of your metals, sell them first from your Dashboard. Proceeds are credited to your cash balance instantly and can then be withdrawn using any available method.
